TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions below apply to all self-development workshops, coaching, and mentoring services provided by Project Fearless Plus to any individual or organization and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by Project Fearless Plus to the participant. The terms "workshops," "coaching," and "mentoring" as used here cover self-development, confidence-building, public speaking, and communication coaching for participants.

In the spirit of good practice, you are asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below when registering for services and that you wish to proceed.

All services and communication, whether in workshops, coaching sessions, email, or otherwise, delivered by Project Fearless Plus, as well as information on this website, are intended to help you build confidence, enhance communication skills, and work through personal growth challenges. Self-development workshops are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.

MENTORSHIP DISCLAIMER

In committing to participating in Project Fearless Plus, you acknowledge the following:

You understand that the services you will be receiving are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. While Ashiqin Shamsuri, a certified HRDF trainer, leads these sessions, she is not acting as a mental health therapist or medical professional.

For legal purposes, you understand that mentorship, coaching, and self-development workshops are currently unregulated industries. However, Ashiqin Shamsuri's HRDF certification ensures that the sessions provided meet recognized standards of professional training.

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during mentorship sessions, workshops, and beyond, including your choices and decisions.

You understand that the services provided are not a substitute for mental health counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.

You understand that all comments, advice, and ideas offered during sessions or workshops are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the goals you define. You have the ability to give your informed consent and hereby give such consent to assist you in achieving these goals, understanding that results are not guaranteed.

You understand that the services and sessions offered by Project Fearless Plus involve personal and professional development, including areas such as confidence-building, communication, and leadership skills. There is no promise of specific outcomes, including but not limited to trauma recovery, personal introspection, increased personal happiness, career progression, or business success.

DATA PROTECTION

You understand that any personal information you provide during your participation in Project Fearless Plus will remain confidential, except when you explicitly state otherwise in writing. However, please note that if you disclose information related to child abuse, elder abuse, neglect, or if you threaten harm to yourself or others, necessary actions may be taken, and your confidentiality agreement may be limited in such circumstances.

Additionally, if required by law or ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, Ashiqin Shamsuri and the Project Fearless Plus team will comply with the law to the extent required, ensuring that your privacy is upheld as much as possible.

DATA SECURITY

You understand that using technology for communication (like email, text, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) may not always be fully secure. By joining Project Fearless Plus, you accept the risks related to the confidentiality of your information when using these channels.

WAIVER

By joining Project Fearless Plus, you release and discharge Project Fearless Plus, including any of its agents, employees, or representatives, from any claims, actions, or demands for damages that may arise in connection with the services provided.

You also confirm that no additional promises or agreements, other than what is stated in this agreement, have been made to you. This agreement will apply to your heirs, personal representatives, and successors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing up for Project Fearless Plus, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the services provided. These services will be delivered in line with the details described below and under the terms set out in this agreement. If a third party is paying for your service, they are acting as an agent on your behalf.

If at any point you are not satisfied with the terms or services, you can reach out to Project Fearless Plus to discuss any concerns. We’ll do our best to resolve them before your first session. Your participation in the first session confirms your acceptance of these terms.

FORMAT OF CLASSES

All Class under Project Fearless Plus are conducted in person at designated venues. The venue and schedule details will be provided upon registration.

Participants are responsible for attending sessions on time and being present for the duration of the class to maximize their learning experience.

If there are any changes to the session schedule or venue, participants will be notified in advance.

CLASS FEES

The fees for Project Fearless Plus classes are clearly stated at the time of registration and on the official website.

Project Fearless Plus reserves the right to revise its fees at any time. However, payments made in advance will be honored, even if prices increase between the time of payment and the class date.

If you have any questions regarding the fees or payment process, feel free to contact the team for clarification.

DATES AND TIMES OF CLASSES

The date and time of the first class and any subsequent classes will be communicated and agreed upon during the registration process. Project Fearless Plus will ensure that the scheduled classes take place as communicated and will honor all confirmed bookings.

Should any changes to the class schedule occur, participants will be notified in advance, and arrangements will be made to accommodate their attendance.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods

Payments for Project Fearless Plus classes can only be made via QR code or online bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon registration.

Receipts and Invoices

Receipts will be issued upon request and sent via WhatsApp or email to the participant after payment confirmation.

Payment Timing

Full payment must be made before the start of each class. Participants will not be allowed to attend the class unless payment is received in advance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations made three weeks or more before the class: 75% of the payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the class: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than one week before the class: No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Notice Period Of Changes

Project Fearless Plus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, including the class fee, by providing participants with three weeks’ notice in writing via email or letter. If a participant no longer wishes to attend the class after being informed of such changes, they may withdraw by giving written notice via email or letter. Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows:

Cancellations made three weeks or more before the class: 75% refund.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the class: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than one week before the class: No refund will be provided.

Late Payment

If alternative payment arrangements are agreed upon, a late payment fee may be charged if the payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe.

BETWEEN CLASSES

Assignments and Exercises:

Participants in Project Fearless Plus may be assigned tasks or exercises to complete between classes. While it is not mandatory to complete these tasks, not doing so may slow down your progress in achieving the desired personal or professional outcomes.

Communication Between Classes:

Participants are welcome to contact Project Fearless Plus facilitators (via WhatsApp or email) between classes to seek clarification on any topics discussed in class or for administrative purposes (e.g., rescheduling a class or making a payment).

CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal or business information shared by participants during Project Fearless Plus classes will be treated as confidential. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without the participant's prior consent, except where required by law or when necessary to prevent harm to the participant or others.
