I'm delighted to meet you here. I'm Ashiqin, and my journey has been one of quiet introspection and learning to express myself in the wider world. While seeing myself as an introvert, I’ve found strength in that introspection, which has fueled my growth in social and communication skills.

These skills are not static; they are as dynamic as the people who develop them, introverts included.

My experiences have taken me around the world, speaking internationally, engaging in academic teaching, and learning from renowned thought leaders.

It's been an honor to learn from such diverse interactions and an even greater privilege to pass on these insights.

I believe growth is a collective effort, and I'm excited about the prospect of working together. I’m here to support and guide in any way I can, sharing what I’ve learned in the hopes of facilitating a journey of discovery for others.

Be Unapologetically You

During my time as a lecturer, an idea struck me, and it was to kickstart a movement that would empower young girls to embrace their confidence.

I couldn't help but notice the incredible potential and creativity that our young women possessed, but many of them were held back by shyness and fear.

So, I kept emphasizing one key message to them: "There are many things in life that you can achieve when you are brave."

This core idea gave birth to what we now call Project Fearless.

As the years passed, I realized that it wasn't just girls who needed support and guidance; boys too could benefit from our programs. This prompted us to expand our reach and create programs that catered to the youth as a whole. Now, six years down the road, Project Fearless has made a profound impact on countless lives, particularly among the youth. And guess what?

We are just started.
